Need Help for identifying

Dear,All Expert

Hello,I Have 2 problem in my pallet mover
the brand is:
STILL
TYPE : EGU 18
S/N:710117020633
Years:2000

First problem is:

i cant identifying the right part number for the tiller arm complete.because right now the condition is broken.
anyone can asisst me,maybe if need the picture of the tiller arm that i need,any one can send to my email :
sakuracental at gmail dot com

and the second problem is:

sometimes the unit cannot be on
sometimes the unit also cannot be move forward or reverse

any one know why could this happen?

please advice and thanks for your kindly attention and good cooperation
