JLG 20DVL Code 31

I have a code 31 on a 20DVL JLG. Can anyone explain this error code.

I repaired the issue. Code 31 is no communication to joystick. I repaired the problem by replacing the circuit board in the joystick assembly.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
