Discussion:
Cat M60B

we have a problem with curtis BDI & silver box causing slow hydraulics after minimal use from full charge. Battery is good and fully charged. have tried adjusting SG level pot but no different. customer would be happy to live without battery alarm.
Does anybody know how to by-pass this, we know it's wrong but customer is always right!

many thanks

the 933 is a BDI with a controller box (8 terminal board and 2 pots)
if the hydraulics are slow its most likely not the 933
it will lock the hyd out completely if its hooked up right

check for bad connections at the motor or anywhere in the lift circuit

New York, New York its a heluva town..you know that The Bronx is up..and I'm Brooklyn down
BDI's generaly switch a negative on or off for the lift soleniod when the battery voltage is low.. Not sure what you mean about the silver box.... Have tried replacing the BDI?. Or checking the negative for the BDI?
