Caterpillar NRR40 Reach battery guage

I am working on a caterpillar NRR40 or NPR40 reach truck. It is a 36v unit. SN is 2GL0211. The battery can be fully charged from the charger reading 40-42v and you plug it into the truck the display only reads 3/4. Assuming the display is not burned out, how do you access the service menu and can you adjust a BSOC type setting? When I go to lift it gives me the battery cutout error.

Hello electek123, Is this the original Battery or have they installed a new one?????? Sometimes the BSOC has to reset itself with a new battery. You could have a faulty Battery, check your specific gravity on each cell. I have a similar problem with a Raymond EASI
