Counterweight sits too low for bolt - Hyster H60XM

Anyone ever seen a counterweight sit ok on the hooks but the rear bolt hole is too low for the threads in the frame?
Shims only move it fwd. and back, right? There aren't any shims to raise the rear of the counterweight are there?

Yup, solid pneumatics on this truck too. I ended up with a shim plus a 1/8 inch angle iron tack welded to it on the angled side. I'm going to ask the customer to quit driving like a cowboy. thanks for the response.

I believe there are multiple shims you can do yes. Angled for the hooks the weights sit on. They get smashed and or loosen and fall out. I do t have a part number for these , but have done these before especially when solid pneumatics are used.
