Need help locating flasher relay!!!

I have a 2008 Skytrak model 10054. The flashers or hazards stopped working but I have power at the switch. I am trying to locate the flashers relay. It's not in the fuse box. I looked at the parts diagram, it's listed in the parts list but not on the diagram. I looked everywhere under the dash but couldn't locate it. There is a panel under the steering wheel and one next to the rights drivers knee. Anyone familiar with this equipment???

Thank you so much in advance!

The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
