We have suddenly encountered B11 Fet u travel error in our forklift.

Hey Dave, As you mentioned 2 pieces it's a FET module system.

I tried comparing the continuity of the terminal of the two fet. One fet has shorted reading while the other has value. Does the shorted reading is possible reason of the problem?

hey Dave, you have to remove or disconnect the FET and measure if it faulty.
