Discussion:
Identify this Yale Gas Fork Truck?

Can anyone tell me about this Yale model?

Model: G51C040N4T077 or
Serial: 289576

I think it's from late 1980s or early nineties but I am not sure.

Dave,

Depending on the condition, do all functions operate and engine runs smooth. Do you have any hydraulic leaks? Will the brakes stop the machine and does the park brake hold the lift on a 5 degree grade? Transmission working correctly? Forklifts are very expensive new. Since this was built in the early 70's, 1 to 4 thousand if all is good. Hard to find parts for this lift. Good Luck.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
I am looking for the approximate value of something like this.

Dave,

What info are you looking for? This lift tuns of either gas or LP. Picks up 4000 lbs with a collapsed, triplex mast of 77 inches. Lift has cushion tires, meant to be operated inside a warehouse. Per the serial number, it is a 1975. Most of these style lifts had either a flat head cylinder engine or a slant six Chrysler. Here is the actual model number. G51C-040-NAT-077.
