SP platform shaking in travel

Curious if anyone else has had this problem. The picker once you get to moving platform starts to shake causing forks to make loud noises uncomfortable ride. Check chains/fork height/ load wheels and drive tire brand new/ adjusted brass stops on mast/ compression springs at the bottom brand new. When travel with a load shaking isn't as bad. Leaning towards platform rollers need to be shimmed as the platform rocks back and forth as you move from side to side on it. Anyone deal with this before.
