Recognition of damaged component in controller model: 51617861

Good evening, and thank you for your attention. We currently have a forklift with the active code 3501.1, and according to the description in the message/error table, the AC-3 Power Control interface card needs to be replaced.

We have removed and inspected the controller's PCBs, so far finding two damaged components: two integrated circuits and a blown 10-amp fuse (position 7F3).

We have identified one of the integrated circuits as the ADUM1286 (Dual-Channel Digital Isolator). The other one is unrecognizable due to being burned; we can only determine that it is from the brand LT (Linear Technology). Both are connected through pins 6 and 7 of each IC, respectively.

We were informed that the issue originated after external lights were connected to the controller's output (+UB) in order to have control over the lighting after turning the forklift's ignition key.

Since I cannot share an image or indicate the position of the integrated circuit because it is not labeled on the PCB, it is located on the second board near the +UB and +UB(B) input.

I appreciate the help provided in advance.

Merhaba Parça numarasindan kontrol ettim bu elektronikler üzerine fazla akim çeken parçalar baglandiginda maalesef sorun çikartiyor. Bu nedenle kontaktör çikisindan akim almanizi tavsiye ederim.

Hello, I checked the part number, unfortunately these electronics cause problems when parts that draw too much current are connected to them. For this reason, I recommend that you get current from the contactor output.

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
