Still RX 50-16

does anyone had error SWITCH LOCK on Still Forklift. rx5016 serial 5055 It is a 3 wheel forklift and when you switch on it doesn't show any thing. If we operate hydraulic lever or any other function it shows SWTICH LOCK. Couldn't find any clue in the manual. can this be a controller problem?

This model 5055 doesn't have a battery lock switch

I think on some models there is a microswitch to tell you the battery or battery door is locked. Does the battery roll out of the side for easy changing?
