Battery problem

When my lift is fully charged, the voltage reads 27.5 volt and each battery 6.5 volt,yet the battery indicator shows only 3 bars instead of 6.Any solutions?

Is it a gen 5 or gen 6 unit ? do the other segments light up at power on ? Does the machine function normally ?
