LS Calibration fail code 821

I will try calibration very time after change a Acess 4, but always fail.

Sensor readings is ok.
Masts switches are ok.

I'd like to know if there is some specifications that I need to know.

When watching A2.4.25 and going up and down does the value change? It should be between 4-20mA on the analyzer page. The higher/heavier the forks or load is the higher the amperage. Even with forks empty the value should go up when lifting.
