Engine replacment

3.0 in my Hyster forklift I would appriciate any help it has a 14097080 block with ex and int on the same side. Do you think a boat 181 would work or would I have trouble with the int exs mounting or trans. Thanks for ant help.

The 3.0 in the lift is industrial. Not sure what they use for marine application. What is the problem with the engine? Most 3.0 are decent, more problems with wiring than anything else.
