4cyl , LP carb, aisan gov, throttle body, top mixer, regulator & cobra, rebuilt everything runs well when manually open mixer valve to feed carb. Can't get the hanger diaphragm to open the valve enough to start, takes a feather pressure on diaphragm circle plate through breather hole to get it to idle. Vacuum prob?
Lever is set at 1/32", new mixer? Put a gasket set in earlier but now my r&r has damaged seal on hanger diaphragm. It's close to running but seems the gas is pushing the diaphragm out & not pulling it in to open valve???
