Controller card

For a friend of mine (thats in another country) i am trying to find out if there is a common cause for a controller card that keeps burning.

They have changed the card twice partnr 51452097

Before sending a replacement card i wanted to know if someone know ms about a common failure for these card to burn

Anyone any ideas ?
