K25D dual fuel

Machine will start and run but will not accelerate past
say 1/4 Throttle?
Im thinking TPS but IDK sometimes wont accelerate at all
I could use some input on this one fellas

If the engine light is on the truck will be in limp mode and only take approx 1200 rpm. Is the check engine light on ?.
