yep garland there is a calibration routine that has to be done on the travel pots and the hydraulic pots in the handle. Pages 22 and 23 in the MIB calibration section of the electrical section tells how to do the calibrations.

So the only message that is displayed is is "check fault codes", "no hydraulic functions ". I believe that the calibration sequence is done on the 4 buttons A,B,C, and D buttons on the MIB. Any help would be appreciated.

if the handle knuckles are worn or the positon sensors in the handle do not hold a good centering position you can calibrate it till the cows come home but you will constantly get the handle not centered message.
Sure, try a calibration but if that does not hold up then you need a new or reman handle.

Do not have the steps in front of me, retired. If I remember correctly, hold the horn button in the on position. Turn key on, release horn then quickly turn it on and release again. Display should show handle calibration. Move handle completely forward and reverse within 10 seconds. Make sure when moving handle it is smooth and stop at each end for 2 seconds. If the display does not show handle calibration, press the brake pedal one time and check screen again. Be careful as you can access the wrong menu and change lift parameters. This could stop the operation of the lift. Good Luck
