High Voltage (Hochvolt) >60 V DC & >30 V AC

How do you solve the problem in your daily work? Which additional education about this topic do you need? It is necessary to wear electrically insulating gloves until 1000 V? According to DGUV 209-093 (german safety regulation) this in the case.
