Blowing fuse

Got a PE that blowing fuse as soon as the truck is turned on. Truck has power steering. I can't seem to find the short anywhere. Anyone have any ideas please share.

control fuse or power fuse
place a 24v test light across the fuse holder
start disconnecting until light goes out
then follow that branch of the tree
