Transmission knocking

This trans has fwd, rev, low speed, high speed. Its been fully rebuilt with clutches, bearings, seals etc but has a knocking noise at trq conv end while in gear and noise gets faster when high speed is selected. No chipped gear teeth, bearings are Spanish.
Any one come across this before?
