Discussion:
Error Code AB-1 with spanner, and hydraulic pump alarm

Hello,

Please I have these faults on my machine and have tried different ways to solving it.

The first issue is that the hydraulic pump, while it is working, gets hot and stops any hydraulic movement, the motor indicator comes on, indicating a pump issue.

I have blown the electric motor with compressed air, and have changed the hydraulic oil (I thought it may be old). The major hurdle I had was accessing the motor, it is quite impossible for me. So, i have been managing the machine like this.

Now a new problem has been prompted, alarm AB-1 which means cooling fan drive circuit abnormality just came up. I do not have a drawing nor an instruction manual.

Kindly advise how I go about fixing these.
