Discussion:
Error code 299

Has anybody been able to get rid of the unlisted error code 299? or keep from coming back on. It usually comes on every month or so.

What is the serial number? What software version is installed? When it fails, check for a shorted lift pump motor. My suspicion is that it is either a motor, motor cable or access 2 issue. Have you talked to Crown? I've had several error codes over the years that were not listed and have had to ask Crown tech support to talk with the engineers. Most of them dealt with the system that had event codes in the same sequence.
