VRE150 Steering problem

Hi,

When we keep the steering (drive wheel) straight and enter the aisle , even after cutting the magnet steering, the truck (drive wheel) automatically angles slowly, collides with the guide rail, and the castor wheels are constantly being damaged.

01. We checked the B59 sensor and found Ok. Also we have replaced a new B59 sensor but the problem remains the same.
02. We have dismantled the driving gear from the truck and cleaned the rear ring but problem remain same.
03. We have update the software but problem remain same.
04. We changed the steering motor but problem remain same.

Please advice particularly where we have to check step by step.

Please note that this is a rail guided truck.

Regards,
ZahirInnan

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
