Discussion:
platform hits hard

2012 Skyjack 4632 when platform is lowering and its at the end it bangs hard like it looses pressure and cant sustained the weight of the platform. I replaced both lowering valves the ones that have the red screw on them and its still doing the same. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Hey Tony. Sounds like you are having the same issue I am. I have an older SJII4626. I looked in the parts manual and saw the lift should have bumpers on the scissor legs. Mine required 14. I ordered them, and they just came in today. I installed them, and it fixed my hard hitting when the lift hits the bottom. You need to see if your bumpers are missing.
