Discussion:
Jungheinrich FDG Drive fault

Hi all, customer has a Jungheinrich FDG320. 3103 hrs tidy truck
Has to rev it hard for forward drive, when it cools down or is cold it will not drive. Truck drives fine in reverse when cold.
New trans oil and filter. Suspect forward clutch pack, but weird that is does not do it all the time.
Any pointers, hydraulic pressure readings... Common fault??

If it was a Toyota, it would be a cinch. Thanks George
