these trucks are pretty thin on the ground in europe.whats the general oppinion from across the pond on these trucks?

if this truck has an air suspended cab , you might want to look at slowing the top speed on the truck. With the suspension cab,the operater can go a lot faster than with the normal rubber mounted cab.

Also, there should be a flexplate conversion kit for yout truck that has the fiber gear. Call 662-773-9102 and he can give you the numbers

i've had some dealings with a THC250S. nice truck to drive,its got an air suspended cab but has suffered from lots of oil leaks due to loose fittings.most difficult to access due to the compact nature of the chassis.

Nice thick, solid frames.

About the only thing that I've found annoying, is that fiber coupler between the engine and tranny. But you get good at changing them...

I remember, years ago, we had some carriage-roller problems. The shields would fall out, and damage the mast.
The factory owned up, and spared no expense having us pull carriages, change rollers, and tack the spacers in place.
