Maximal forklift wont start fast and not running right

I want to trouble shoot a problem that is wrong with my maximal 2016 forklift wont start fast anymore and runs on 3 cylinders.
After I replaced the hydrolic pump it started playing up.
When I was changing the pump the pump was bumping onto the fuel carbourater would that be a problem?
