About wiring system

Hello everyone,
we have an TCM ACROBA FA30D forklift. And we have problem with hyraulic system. There is always very high pressure in hydraulic wires even we do not thouch the joysticks or turn the wires 90 degreees. This touble compresses the engine also. We need help about this. Actually we think it is related with electrical system. If there is anyone who has service manual and share us we ll be pleased. Best regards
