Error code A22 95

HI,
On forklift RX60-35 I have error code A22 95 ,and on the forklift didn't work driving and lifting. Can anyone help me how to solve the problem ?

As per error code check contactor voltage if ok,then contactor faulty

Error code says contactor doesn't disconnect.
