Truck ID/serial nos., filters and waterless coolant

I have an old Yale DP51 truck and want to know where it's identification/serial nos. are so that I can order fuel and hydraulic filters etc. Also if it will be suitable for waterless coolant.
Perkins four cylinder engine. I think a 203. Any help much appreciated.
Also anywhere I can get any publications eg handbook, service manuals etc
