I have not read the other comments yet, so forgive me if this has been said but TSP have limit switches, encoders mounted to limit speed at differing heights. You need the Crown Handset to adjust these and calibrate them.

That is unless you have a news TSP 3000+ model that you can do this in the display panel.

I don't think the capacitor is giving you problem. Anyway you can test its capacitance with a multimeter. Remember to discharge the capacitor. If this unit was having fast speed before, then adjustment of speed is not necessary, unless somebody had done that. You need a service terminal to adjust parameters.
It seems that your unit is sensing that it is always outside the aisle, turret head and forks are not in home position. That is why you get only slow speed. However, check all the switches wires at their termination point to make sure that they are really connected. Sometimes the switches are good, but you have broken wires along the way. Also check the steering. Also check on the mast switches, you could have problems with the mast cables. Quite common to have problem with the 8 core mast cables.
Easy way to check on guide wheel switches is to jack the back up and steer the drive wheels out of straight position. Then push in the guide wheels, you need another person to help so that the 2 switches are closed. The wheels will automatically move to straight position.
I have not worked on Crown trucks for quite some time. I am semi-retired.

Fork is Home positon. I checked switch of guide wheel, every is OK.
Previously TSP still running fast. Time later, TSP naturally slowed down without any fault codes. Could it be capacitors (on Traction control panel) has dried and reduced capacity?
Have you ever been in a similar case?

Make sure the forks and turret head are in "home position. If the truck is with guide wheels, check the switches.

TSP are running very slowly, both inside and outside the aisle.
My truck S/N is 1A192125 (1.5TSPTN EV100 SCR Control). Manu guide speed is 9.6 kph, Auto guide speed is 7 kph, End of Aisle speed is 2 kph.
But actual running speed is 1.6 kph only, very slow. I tried replacing the 4 magnets sensors, tried replacing the ECR3 potentiometer, but the slowdown continues. Could it be the Panel EV100 Static Traction?
Do you have any ideas?

Is this speed inside or outside the aisle?
