Retractor Spring

Anyone know where to get those old battery charger cable retractor springs? The spring is about 1 inch in diameter, 24 inches long, and stretches easily to 8 feet or more.

try grainger
they carry or can get all sorts of springs like that
or you can call an industrial battery company.
I don't see those type cable management systems much anymore so it might be hard to find a replacement spring other than searching places like grainger.
