hard start no start

Serial # A177B19965H at first it started ran rough step on gas it would die. now it wont start just turns over and it has spark and fuel to the regulator, any idieas

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
