Hyster Maximal

Hyster will soon if not already start to use maximal products for their Utilev Brand so how will this effect Hangcha. Hangcha have been building Utilev forklifts for some time and would have access to the Hyster Yale dealer network so what is stopping them approaching dealers directly to offer spare parts for trucks already in the market and also offering the their own products.

Hyster has also said they will produce a hydrogen fuel cell reachstacker. will this be the same type of white elephant like the container handling sideloader of the 1970's. The cost of a hydrogen reachstacker or container handling forklift would be in the high end of the hundreds of thousands of dollars and the running cost would be something like 31 dollars per hour to run just on fuel with a multi million dollar refueling system needed as well. a diesel reachstacker would cost around half the cost of a hydrogen one and would cost around 16 dollars per hour to run.

An ammoina Hybrid reachstacker would be 100% zero emission and would cost around the same price as a diesel reachstacker and would cost around 5 dollars per hour to run and would not need a very expensive refueling system

Guess your mo' betta' at fortune telling than the ability to write and only produce the truck of the future out of Lego blocks vs a live working model.

You back Dave?? We were beginning to think you'd left the building. Yes Hyster made a loss but unlike you Dave they do have an actual product that they sell. Can I remind you Dave it is now Q2 (nearly Q3) of 2022 and were are still all waiting here with bated breath awaiting to public unveiling of your super truck which you promised last yes (and the year before that lol) come on Dave either put up or shut up

The amount of time you have spent on this truck, most companies would have released a model and been well on their way to an improved version.

By saying "the people who need to see it already have" you don't have to provide any actual proof that anyone has seen it. You are building a forklift, not the next stealth fighter jet. Your product is not a national, or even industry secret. Especially since you have been blabbing about it on forums for more than 6 years.

Your pure lack of proof this thing even exists, and on going trolling of this forum leads us all to believe one of 3 things:

#1 - It doesn't work the way you claim it does; and/or you cannot get proper regulatory approval to sell it. (Which is most likely why you only want to rent it in the UAE)

#2 - You can't get funding for it; and/or the people you have tried to sell it to really aren't interested.

#3 - YOU DON'T HAVE A TRUCK!

You will try and prove me wrong by making a bunch of vague statements that you cannot back up, again. In the end, you words are nothing more than that, just words. Time to put up or shut up.

Like I have said the people who need to see the truck have, Like the people who worked on the Carbon fibre main overhead guard structure or the people who have worked on the touch pad control system for the autonomous lifting and lowering system or the people who have worked on the reversing system or even the people who worked on the 100% zero emission ALG hybrid power pack. All these people have seen the truck because they needed to.

Yes I'm sure that the people who really matter the forklift operators and their bosses who pay the bills will like our truck. Why am I so sure. Well it answers a lot of their request that they need from a new type of modern materials handling equipment. Its Safe and easy to use, Its 100% zero emission, There is no loss of time for charging, the running cost are at least 50% lower than a diesel truck. There are no battery issues a lithium Iron battery working in these types of forklifts will only have around a three-year life span.

These are just a few reasons why we know that the truck will answer the question that todays customer want answering

@exhalt
You said " the people who need to see our truck have so thats answered that question"
I say and as the rest of the the world some answers are not readily accepted by others. Ya' gotta' listen to the audience. Maybe you accepted your own answer but only the key end users will say if you unit it is a good thing or not when they buy, rent , take delivery and use one or more in various operations for an extended periods of time. One robin never makes a spring time.- a flock of robins might, but Mother Nature sometimes can fool ya'.
Some time the inventor of a new "thing" that is supposed to be better than sliced bread talks a lot to & listens to their own navel(s).

One thing it won't help is your non existent truck Exalt, you stated not very long ago that your truck would be reviled in April and posted a link to a very poor animated video. It's now June or at least it is in the U.K. and still no truck?? Is it all a figment of your imagination?? There is a saying in Yorkshire which you might know as you used to used to claim to be from here that the proof is in the pudding. Well exalt we've heard for years about this super product of yours but nobody seems to know anything about it let alone seen it so pal show us this wonder truck or please just fade away

A definite fact had one joint in my life and that was in 1967, senior year in college. It did nothing for me except make me cough a lot - smoked cigs then. But I think that fifth of 100 proof vodka I consumed before the joint had me mellowed out already. But enjoyed all the Cheech & Chong movies - plus the Pink Panther.
Every time I had to take a drug test for work I would always ask the nurse can this test detect usage back to '67?

It is 1:46 AM, May 1 in the UAE and no April unveiling of this modular, ammonia fueled industry first, special unit. Had a couple bags of Orville Rickenbacker microwaveable popcorn ready to watch this as promised by the 'E" person April launch. What a shame missed it once again. Reminds me of that chicken running around and repeatedly saying something about the sky is falling.

Guess I'll just cut the grass (not the cannibus type).- with a happy face.

Ciao!

My past make my future more clearer and life easier negotiate as I have learned from the past. History does help us all.
But one thing you can bet on when I say something will happen on a given time table it will happen - God willing & the creek don't rise. Never do I shoot from the hip or start doing a soft shoe rendition when things don't go as planned. Then I will stand up an be counted and be a straight shooter. I'm really good at identifying one that likes to do that soft shoe shuffle stuff.
You may have a plan but but a key to success is developing a solid and well financed dealer net work that is willing to take on your product, stock at least one complete set of modules in hopes the never become obsolete due to new technological advancements. And they need to be well trained on all phases of this "new" product - from product training to technical/trouble shooting, maintenance etc.
The lift truck business has not really change that much since I started in 1967. Today the small dealers seem to be fading away and the mega dealers are on the upswing (buying up the smaller dealers). Today equipment financing options are commonplace. The Chinese seem to offer inexpensive equipment but they are having a hard time getting there product support up to speed of the established brands. They want to build population first but their reputation suffers - guess that is why the change the name of the same truck faster than I change underwear. Buyers just want their equipment up an running not dead in the water and waiting - was that way in 1967 & is very apropos today.

Yeah my wife uses ammonia around the house - we have two bottles in the laundry room right now.

Tick Tock, Tick Tock - 6 days left and two of those days are weekends days.
