Codes C1-2 C1-1

Hi, Have this unit that has codes C1-2 and C1-1.
I mostly work on the LP models and have very little experience with electrics. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
