Discussion:
no travel

I have an sp 3020 that has no travel forward or reverse. The directional contactor kicks in but no movement. I have checked potentiometer out all the way through to contactor and have good readings. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not getting a wrench, I have checked brushes, and have checked the cables. I replaced 1 burnt up brush but still have no travel. the brake is releasing all the way. Issue still remains.

Now the contactor will not even kick in. and the BDI is blank.

Are you getting any wrench lights on display? Have you checked brushes in motor and cables to motor? Are the brakes releasing correctly?
