Drive issues, wiring switch relay?

I am having trouble with the drive in my truck, i have replaced the switch by the steering wheel, but still having trouble, i am getting power to both wires on the tranmission solinoid when i *** the switch to foward drive. Could this be a relay issue? Where is the relay located
