error code 110-03

engine accelerates normally but after warming up it will sometimes stop accelerating and then a few seconds later start to run normally again. Error code 110-03 is showing.

Sometimes the hard way is the easier way.
Coolant temperature OORH.

A. SENSOR RETURN OPEN CIRCUIT
B. SENSOR SIGNAL OPEN CIRCUIT
C. SENSOR SIGNAL SHORTED TO 5V OR BATTERY VOLTAGE
D. SENSOR FAILURE
E. FUNCTIONAL FAILURE IN CONTROLLER
