Codes 471, 717,711,and 712

471,717,711,712......I know what these codes mean and how to too trouble shoot each of them.... my question is does any one know why these codes ALWAYS occur together... I just can't figure it out, the root cause? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll be looking at the alternator on Monday.

Replacing all vacuum hoses and PCV valve will often reduce these nuisance 700 range codes. Experienced a 471 recently and after checking electrical system, found low alternator output and excessive alternator ripple voltage. Changed alternator and fault did not return.
Maybe just a coincidence, time will tell.
Have also noticed the faults become more frequent with engine age/hours.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
