Discussion:
Coast and rabbit button

Some of my PE4500 has a switch for the coast and once the switch is flipped on the rabbit button is supposed to not work. However, even though the coast is activated, the rabbit button still works. Is this a simple fix to make it so that once the coast switch is flipped on it shuts the function of using the rabbit button off?

Also, does anyone know how this problem would have occurred. It's happened to 3 of my PE4500 out of a total of about 60.

you can go into service menu and check for the switch on/off reading. value will tell you switch is good or you need to go after wiring.

Check the wiring by the top left inside the power unit. Compare it to a working one.
