Lower wear pad failure

I am wanting to hear from anybody that has used the lower wear pads that TVH supply, they come from the side shift that takes 4 at the top and 2 at the bottom and the side shift cylinder has only the one chrome rod that extends out the one side, a photo would show you my problem, on 5 different forklifts the lower wear pads have broken up and it seems that this problem starts at the small round locating lug on the wear pad. Thankyou
