Discussion:
Lift runs for a while then when it gets hot it just dies,

I have seen two codes pop up, a 522752-2 and a 522752-4. When these codes come up it backfires some, when the -4 code comes up it dies. Any ideas I'm stumped, please help

I am having exactly the same issue as the OP and would like to find a solution. Where could i find wiring diagrams to trace this out ?

well before you get ahead of yourself, think about your initial description of the problem "Lift runs for a while then when it gets hot it just dies"

is it running hot?
make sure its not a heat related problem with overheating first.
an overheating truck will shut down if it hits stage 2 overheat.
(generally you will have overheat codes though)
have you checked the fault history to see if there are any?

otherwise i'd go with what kevin suggested.
a faulty connection or ground or maybe it could be a relay or ecm related problem showing when it warms up.

Thank you very much! With the way it was acting that's what I was thinking but wasn't sure.

522752-2 is loss of crank pulse.....522752-4 is loss of cam pulse...li would check to make sure wiring and connections are good at sensors...also check relays and fuses for issues...sounds like a wiring issue at some place....either a ground wire or a connector issue...
