Code E-24 is forAccelerator pedal position sensor signal circuit

-Accelerator pedal position sensor signal circuit is open or shorted
. *A malfunction occurs in relation between accelerator pedal sensors 1 and 2.

Did you clear codes after changing sensor....did you use OEM pedal sensor...? Was sensor installed correctly...the pedal sensor actually has two sensors internal to it...sensor A and Sensor B....if it was installed wrong then it will still not function normally...it has to show on sensor 1 a voltage of.6 Volts at rest with key on and sweep to a voltage of 4.6 volts at wide open...sensor 2 should sweep from.3 volts to 2.0 volts

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
