Code E-24 is forAccelerator pedal position sensor signal circuit

-Accelerator pedal position sensor signal circuit is open or shorted
. *A malfunction occurs in relation between accelerator pedal sensors 1 and 2.

Did you clear codes after changing sensor....did you use OEM pedal sensor...? Was sensor installed correctly...the pedal sensor actually has two sensors internal to it...sensor A and Sensor B....if it was installed wrong then it will still not function normally...it has to show on sensor 1 a voltage of.6 Volts at rest with key on and sweep to a voltage of 4.6 volts at wide open...sensor 2 should sweep from.3 volts to 2.0 volts
