Discussion:
mast don't raise up to the first section

Hi, I have problem with rc5535-30tt. The fork raise to the top of the first section of the mast and stop. No code, no error message. Tilt, steering and traction run fine. I need help to troubleshoot.

Is it lifting normal speed to the top of the first section? Have you tried with a load? Just sounds like it thinks the mast is tilted fully forward and is engaging tilt interlock. Tilt sensor on the back of the r/h tilt cylinder might need to be recalibrated.

In the service menu go to C2 and calibrate the hydraulics. (not sure how skilled you are so just so you know it will not offer the calibration menu if the line contactor is pulled in so get off the pedals till it offers it or better yet just key it up and never stand on them till you get to C2.)
Depending on your accessories their 2 RV one under the block and one on to of the block both are labeled and look like a normal relief valve RVM and RVS.
Never had to adjust these but have pull trash out of the other valves.
The calibration should fix it.

I have pressure on the tilt hydraulique circuit, but, on the raise circuit the pressure is low (about 500 psi). I'm not sure where is the pressure release valve on raise.

I have instal a new pump. With the old pump, the pressure was low and the tilt won't work. With the new pump, pressure is good, tilt work fine. Fork raise at normal speed but stop and the end or first section of mast.
