Hi Guys, I have one of this reach truck in my workshop, without the power fuses (325amp and 40amp) the machine switched on and the igbt board(fet board) started smoking.
I've been told to check the power part of the truck, like battery conections, line contactor and battery itself.
Does anybody have had any similar experience so I can learn more about this fault.
I have only parts of electrical drawings but the connector pin description does not match with the colors that I have in the boards so I can not be sure if the drawing is for this truck.

Any help is really appreciated!!
