Toyota speed control series 8

How do you speed this truck back up after it has been slowed down. Ive not seen trucks but I dont think they have premium dash. Thanks

These trucks are new with less than 2000 hrs. Floor speed is doggy. If they do have premium dash how might I speed them up back to factory settings. They were transferred in so customer said there is no warranty issue. They had a problem with local Toyota rep and just as soon not call them out again. Is there anyway to slow a now premium dash truck down? Tech that goes out there said he didn't notice any aftermarket unit on truck. IE pace one or dock lock.

no dash - no change. got to have speed control option.
