Sometimes the contact for the emergency stop button goes faulty - have you checked that?

Disconnect & link the contact wires together as a test.

Basic electrical checks / checking the Curtis box status should pin point any other issues.

Sometimes the little blue voltage resistor soldered in to the wiring loom goes faulty - be careful as these can get HOT!
