Folks,
I've noticed there are a lot of unanswered questions in the Hyundai section.
Even though there are few, I just wanted to let you all know I will start checking this section regularly to try and correct this.

Hi Robe
Please email me about a Hyundai Reach 20NRP-9 with steering stop issue.
I've got lots of info on Cat, Unicarrier, Linde and Raymond to share with you.
Yes, check the service bulletins, there should be a harness part no
I have a 30L-7M that I have just replaced the F/R switch in, with the new part in the box came a short harness (possibly update) does anybody know about this?
Sounds like a pin fitment issue, either at the OPSS unit, hydraulic cut off relay, or the solenoids at the hydraulic block. Inspect every pin.
hi, i have a hyundai 30l-7m. very intermittent hydraulics, i have 3 different machines all with the same problem. drives fine just no lift, tilt or side shift hydraulic functions. replaced seat switch, relays... running out of ideas, any thoughts?
we have an hlf 25-5 at work i am maintaining with a 4G64 engine. Service manual has everything but repair info on the engine. I am now learning the fact that just because you get a service manual you may or may not have to get a separate engine services and parts manual. having a problem of running rough...i was told the MIL lamp may be on but the wiring on this thing is much too be desired...trying to do as much as i can before having to bring in someone from a dealership with their computer to hook into it.
booster is an option on these units, I have very few in the field with a booster.
If it is boosted that would be the obvious place to start.
if not, I would first ensure the diff oil is the correct oil, it should be a mobil 424 or equivalent, this oil floods the brakes.
I would be curious if the dealer removed and inspected the pistons for the brakes?
Its either the pistons are not moving freely or the master cylinder, ensure the master cylinder oil is 32 W hydraulic oil also, Some folks like to replace it with dot 3, that may be your problem too
I got a call from a potential customer that has a 2011 Hyundai 30L-7A
He said he has poor brakes. His dealer did a brake job but no better. Pedal is good but he has to put both feet on brake pedal and push hard to slow it down.
Is there a brake booster on this forklift ? I'm wondering if there is a hyd pressure problem to booster possibly ?
I have a hyundai 18BRP-7 AC that is slow to gain traction in either direction unless the wheels are straightened. It is throwing code "P 247: No Can Msg No. 9". We had a mechanic come check it out and they've determined a brake/bearing issue. I do not have access to the service manual to check which area this problem is occuring. Assistance?
Check/clean or replace the transmission air breather
Hi Robe, I have a customer with a Hyundai Md # 25L-7. Every once in a while I have some transmission oil coming out of the dipstick tube. Looks like it happens when the truck is run hard. Any ideals would be great. Thanks. Ralph.
Check the fusible link located toward the back of the unit on the right hand side, just inside the engine door, they are likely taped to the harness, kind of hard to access
